NEI prepared the detailed design criteria, operating procedures, and performed detailed planning studies including cost estimates for the expansion and interconnection of the 115kV and 34.5kV transmission system (over 150 miles).

Our scope of work included: transmission line routing; conductor selection; type of structures and conductor arrangements; number of circuits; capacity rating and voltage regulation; substation layouts, bus arrangements, site locations; and specifying major electrical equipment requirements.
